That budget meeting was a big joke last.nite there was no.order people should.have.had a time.limite.on how long they could talk.and then one council.member got.up and left no name mentioned they know who they are
It didn't take long for the meeting to go off kilter, with one official dredging up anecdotes and giving a long-winded dissertation on social issues, and a councilman leaving unceremoniously about two hours in. Things went on far longer than necessary, and even some councillors began to look dazed.
A sign up sheet for those presenting proposals would have been one solution. A time limit should have been set, thereby giving equal time to all. The mayor sidetracked the discussion at times which took even more time away from the presenters that were patiently waiting.
Hope Columbia does not experience a Lice outbreak like last year!! I'm wondering if the children have a chance in our district. I've noticed Fleas are a problem, with no solution. Some Residents just don't care. It's not just slum lords anymore, it's the law breakers and code violators that haunt this town.

There were cases of lice in a neighboring district as well.
Ok and point is, I live in Columbia and pay taxes here, not a neighboring district.
Columbia was not even prepared, once again the children suffered.
Point is lice are not just for Columbia!
My tax dollars are
Lice is not a sign of dirtiness or otherwise. Lice do not spread disease. They are a nuisance and can be found in every school district.
