Columbia Borough Council will hold its regular monthly meeting Monday, September 12, at 7 p.m. at 308 Locust Street.

Well are we going to pick a new market manager tonight because we already know who it is going to be because we know there are counci members who have secret meeting and they have made up there minds pick the right person not your friend prove me wrong
We all know about the coffee club and who they are you can't keep that quite in a small town they have made up there minds already who the new market manger will be pick the best person for the job not your friend and you know just who I am talking about I will not give a name do the right and stop having your secret meeting on South second st do what is best for the future of the market house let it be a great place that all the people will want to go to not only people in town but people from all all around will want to come to.
Is this the "art community" that thinks they know more about what market needs than those people who actually GO to market and talk, patronize, and care about the stand holders? They are trying to make this town something it is not. How about learn from previous mistakes and make the Market House all that it could be? Just check at the galleries down there I am sure you will find it!
The Coffee at Garth Gallery and Cafe is sooo goooood that most people don't care what they are talking about when they drink it ! This is hand brewed and hand whipped up cream good to the last drip !
Yes there is at least 3 counci members who are part of the coffee club and they meet on South second st even if there are only 3 why do they feel they must have secret meeting I kind of think that is wrong and maybe against the sun shine law.
If four or more council members are together and discuss borough business, it could be a violation of the sunshine laws. They ought to be careful. If they make decisions before the public meeting ,that is trouble. Just follow the Manheim Township school board case.
This is getting out of control. There is fighting going on between students & adults on Facebook groups from this assult at the school. Ridiculous!! Too bad Mr Kreiser & Mr Wissler aren't there. They would teach all of you a lesson of right & wrong plus put the fear of God in you dare you get called into their office yet again. Morals ate lost without that disapline.

One person on the first block from South Second does not rule, though his Coffee Club would like to think otherwise.

Café Garth is not private, it is a business opened to the public and all are welcome!
