Chris Vera  [Columbia Spy file photo] JOE LINTNER | COLUMBIA SPY  In a letter dated December 22, 2025, Columbia Borough has rescinded its March 12 "Letter of No Trespass" banning Chris Vera from borough property. The "Rescission of Letter of No Trespass" allows Vera to "enter public areas of property belonging to the Borough during times such property is open to the public." The ban, which has been considered "unconstitutional," was the subject of a December 6, 2025 LNP LancasterOnline article by reporter Jade Campos, which can be found  HERE .
