Hey Columbia PD...stop talking in military time...not everyone understands it.
Wow, if you can count its not hard to figure out. All law enforcement uses military time.
Every nation in the world, airlines, emergency response teams and the military all use "international time." EXCEPT US!
Be thankful they don't use Zulu time.
And the average reader is not part of police, emergency response teams or airlines.
I would hope the average reader could learn military time pretty fast. Just google it. Knowledge is power!
Its a matter of presentation. Can't recall ever reading in a paper or hearing a newscaster using military time.
