The former potato chip factory at 12 North Second Street was recently condemned by the code enforcement department for the various infractions stated below:

How many condemned properties can the borough deal with, especially when the landlords are uncooperative? Will the "fix" come out of taxpayer money? The money from sale to LASA? Where will it come from????? Are we paying for the flagger force too? Oh yes, the borough will send the bill to landlord!

Uh-oh. Better tell Flagger Force to bring in some more cones and barricades.
