Heard some of the people didn't have insurance. What a shame seeing how cheap you can get renters insurance. Maybe this should be a law or required by all landlords. Lot of people don't realize how much stuff they have and the replacement cost of there stuff until something like this happens.

It's a sin people have to put up with slum lords period.
