as a taxpayer i have NO idea WHY the Boro continues to purchase street sweepers every few years at a cost of $160,000.00 or more. its time to change it up. sure street sweep downtown every morning but the rest of the town....once a month maybe. save on the wear and tear of the almost new sweeper. codes step it up and give quick tickets to those who have trash and rubbish on their sidewalks and gutter!!!! people time to get out the broom and dust pan!!!!!!!!!!!! what a freakin waste of money.
