At Columbia River Park, this bicyclist tried to ride across the water-covered ramp to the dock - unsuccessfully.

Sometimes a sidewalk is just a living room - and pedestrians have to walk in the street or take another route.

Walk on the street or take another route....I think not. I will walk straight through their inconsiderate action.
Great pictures need to keep the side walk clear
This is cool, use to be like that when i was young and know one bothered you!
There's no ordinance that obstructs the free flow of pedestrian traffic on a sidewalk other than "loitering".
These people that are in the last picture do move if someone is walking on the sidewalk. And they are not loitering at all. Some of the people live where they are sitting at and the others we're visiting. What is it now a crime to sit out front of the place you live. And did u even ask if it was okay from the people sitting in the picture to have the picture taken
i dont see anything wrong with ppl sittin outside of THEIR apartment building some ppl do move when others are walkin down the street not everyone is rude, just because there are some rude people out there doesnt classify everyone as rude.
You are required to remove snow from sidewalks so pedestrians can pass, how is this obstruction any different?
