A flag-burning on the Fourth?

This partially burned American flag was seen hanging from a fence in the alleyway across from Bank Avenue early this afternoon.

Who would do that to the flag and by the way why does it matter what part of town it was done in it is still wrong.

You are correct.
Do we turn the used tags into a VFW or where?
Please advise, I'm sure many people don't know the real answer.

Thanks for that!!!
I honestly though there was a local VFW who collected them.
Much appreciated

There is. In front of the VFW in Mountville there is a mailbox to drop old and torn flags. They hold ceremonies a few times a year to destroy them properly.

You can drop flags off at the Mountville VFW. They have a mailbox in front and you just drop them in. They will then dispose of them properly.

You can turn them in to the Catholic War Vets, They hold a Flag Burning ceremony.
