Apparently, Columbia is a great place to invest, but not to live. The investor does not live here.

Thank god the investor believed enough in a rundown town a number of years ago. Could you imagine how bad it would be if they went elsewhere? That’s called roots, born and raised here type.
The investor liked the town so much he moved out.
