Just what we need more Rental units in town.
Didn't our planning commission or zoning board chairman just recently say Columbia has too many rentals?
I hope each unit has a separate entrance otherwise it is likely to become "projects" housing. No one wants shared entrances anymore in Lancaster County. Too many good private entrance set ups
