Is the food truck properly inspected?
Yes, it was inspected before they bought it. Also, the food from the truck was inspected and everyone that inspected it also went ahead ate it, and approved it. The inspection is completed and they passed with flying colors.
Looking forward to some local BBQ! Rocky's is one of the best.
