Officers are needed to address the amount of issues this Boro has. Raise the fines and be active in collecting what is owed. Hire if need be but screen and make sure they do the job. We finally got rid of one code YAHOO, let's learn from the mistake.

hiring more personnel for codes dept??????? surely you jest. this dept is severely broke. why on this Earth add to it. fix it. remove it. start over.
