Right. There's enough crap in there already.
are there town mtgs or anything...to oppose it
and the Susquehanna River and the Chesapeake Bay are already in very distressed state! Maybe get the River and Bay lovers aware of this....
There had been some public meetings on this, and judging from the level of concern, there will probably be more.
