Poor Mack, I sure hope they catch the sick person responsible for inflicting pain on another form of life that deserves a space on earth.

yes, it is cruel to inflict pain on a living thing. however, the owner of this cat ALLOWS it to roam on other people's property and i'd be willing to bet that she doesn't follow it around and clean up it's feces. maybe the neighbor was sick and tired of this cat defiling their property and took the matter into their own hands. watching one of the interviews with the woman who owns this cat, it showed the cat going outside again after it had the arrow removed. apparently, this lady just doesn't get it. if you own an animal, it is up to you to keep that animal under your control at all times. if you can't do that then don't have it, and don't cry when something bad happens to it...whether that is being caught by the police and euthanized or having the animal be run over yes, even shot with an arrow.

the picture is heartbreaking...but i do agree..people just don't get it. TAKE CARE OF YOUR ANIMALS...cats and dogs. WHY HAVE THEM????? just to let them annoy all ur neighbors. clean up after them. do not let them roam. do not let them out to bark. keep them on ur property. ITS AGAINST THE LAW FOR THEM TO BE A NUISANCE....we are all tired of it. things are about to change.

the issue here is the owner of all these pets (that are treated like crap)...the owner should be held accountable, fine the owner each and every time the police or others respond to valid complaints. it's the owners responsibility.
