Street Sweeping to Resume | Columbia Borough Police Department

The Borough of Columbia will resume street sweeping on Monday, March 18, 2019.  All vehicle owners should adhere to posted signage on each block indicating the days of the week and times for sweeping.  Tickets will be issued for violations. They are not so much christmas decorations than winter decorations...and winter is soon over.

the streets need cleaned! i wish people would STOP throwing their trash in the streets, in the gutters. it looks like hell. grab your broom and shovel and clean it up. throw it in your trash. simple.

This brings a question , is throwing cigarette buts on the side walk a littering fine ??? hundreds of them ???? Who inforces it ??

Police for littering or at least in most towns.
