Nice, but i don't see this lowering my taxes! I see more tax dollars for security for patrolling the trail!

COLUMBIA ONLY HAS 1/2 mile of trail then it is west hempfield , we don't see them sinking money into it.

Columbia doesn’t have any trail. What it has is a sidewalk along a busy highway.
