Codes isn't slipping, CODES slipped a long time ago, take a walk with Codes, the Mayor and Council thru the Boro and just look at DUMP CITY.

Yeah our tax money pays them and they have a racket work when they feel like it and if your their friend you can get away with a lot. Just wait the concerned citizens group is gonna clean up this borough. Too many office employees too.
