This morning, Officer Mann caught a stray dog that was running loose in the area around Barber Street and Route 462. The dog eluded capture several times and also ran across the busy highway before being apprehended in Bob Snyder's yard, next to Snyder's Market.

Thanks to officer Mann's determination, this dog (even though caught) still managed to escape... injury or death that is.
Officer Mann responded promptly and caught the dog quickly.
So the dog now has less than 48 hours according to a previous post, right?
I don't know if the dog was reunited with his owner, yet. If he wasn't, he has about 17 hours left, as of this writing. The dog was wearing a collar and tags, which Officer Mann can be seen checking in the photo.
I hope this has a happy ending for this fellow. Thanks for helping officer Mann.
Do we know the end of the story? No stray dog info on Cola PD facebook page (which is not up to date).
