Might be time to kick the habit.
(Pile of butts along Second Street)
Whoever delivered the phone books was undeterred even by CONDEMNED signs here . . .
and here.
Some people never picked theirs up.
(Who knows if this Locust Street property is even occupied.)
Here's another unclaimed book on Locust Street.
And another.
Here's one on the 200 block of Walnut.
It was delivered even though these notices are posted on the property.
And finally, another camera.
This one was on Commerce Street, at the lower end of Rotary Park.
(I hadn't seen this one before.)

ah yet ANOTHER one of those cameras that do NOT work....just sayin..what a waste of money
Yes, I don't understand why they installed one there.
Regarding the phone books...I was relaxing on the sofa the other evening (well after dark) when a crashing sound bolted me up. A phone book was thrown out of a white delivery van directly at our house. It hit the siding and actually cracked it. This was thrown with enough force that I thought it was a brick or something of similar weight. What is wrong with people, I mean really this is destroying property. And I don't even need the phone book.
If anyone else had done this, it would be considered vandalism. How does one go about pressing charges or at least getting them to pay for property damage? Seems like it would be a long and difficult road. And so, they get to keep doing what they're doing.
you should file a complaint with the phone co.....give date, time and address, and a bill to fix the siding.
did u see the HUGE 3 piles of cigarette butts at Nikolaus and Hoehenadels on Locust Street...wow...someone needs to clean them up. it's ridiculous.
I haven't seen them. Sounds like a mess.
oh u will be amazed....u can tell the street sweeper didn't run....they need to place a smokers outpost in the fornt of their property. it's horrible.
