POLICE DOGS WORK, CRIMMENALS are AFRAID OF THEM , MAYOR COLUMBIA NEEDS A DOG , IT WILL SLOW DOWN THE DRUGS HERE , THEY WON'T KNOW IF THE DOG WILL SMELL THE DRUGS IF THEY COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE OFFICER.

It is unnecessary to write in all capital letters.

As long as section 8's are in town this will keep on happening!

Seriously, this kind of blanket statement is a complete falsehood. There are not nearly the number of persons with Section 8 housing vouchers in Columbia as many anonymous commenters believe.

Frankly, the criteria for Section 8 vouchers is more stringent than most landlords ever require. And there've been no vouchers issued recently; also, "Section 8 housing in Pennsylvania isn’t open to new applicants year-round in many cities."

Read the Pennsylvania’s Section 8 Housing Program particulars here: https://eligibility.com/section-8/pennsylvania-pa
