Dennis Earl Ishman, Jr.
On April 10, 2018 at approximately 11:00am the Columbia Borough Police responded to a report of a vehicle theft. Columbia Borough Police Officers made contact with a Columbia Resident which reported that on April 7, 2018 at 11:00pm Dennis Earl Ishman, Jr. struck the victim in the face and stole his 2004 Ford Expedition bearing PA License Plate KNZ5984. Ishman is known to the victim and he and the vehicle are still at large. Criminal charges were filed against Dennis Earl Ishman, Jr. for robbery of a motor vehicle and the Judge has issued a warrant for his arrest. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
