Quintana, Kevin Matthew - (1) count of Possession of Heroin (M) and Driving Under Suspension | Manor Township Police Department

Kevin Matthew Quintana, age 27, of the 100 block of Locust Street, Columbia, PA was charged with 1 count of Possession of Heroin and Driving Under Suspension by Officer Brandon McCormick.  On Sunday, April 1, 2018 at 2052 hours Officer McCormick was conducting an investigation into a domestic disturbance in the area of the 3400 block of Charlestown Road and a white vehicle operated by a male had left the scene.  Officer McCormick observed such a vehicle in the area and conducted a traffic stop on Water Street at Conestoga Street.  Quintana admitted to being involved in a dispute with his girlfriend who had fled the scene on foot.  Officer McCormick detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and found Quintana in possession of marijuana cigarette and a baggie of heroin.  Quintana was also operating the vehicle on a suspended license.  The charges were filed at MDJ Joshua Keller's office.

YUP JUST WAIT TILL WE HAVE 37 MORE APPARTMENTS ON LOCUST 100 BLOCK, MAYBE THE RUN DOWN BANK MUSEUM CAN BE A POLICE SUB STATION.

37 it should be 36 and a sub station in it. When they can't rent them,section 8 will come in to play, and yes we will end up with more of Lancaster's finest.

East Donegal man charged in Columbia hit & run

NATHAN WILLISON | LNP Staff Writer An East Donegal Township man is facing criminal charges after police say he struck a 13-year-old with his truck and fled the scene last month.  Derek Scott Mohr, 28, is charged with causing an accident involving death or injury without a license, failing to stop to render aid, driving at an unsafe speed and related charges.  Mohr had been driving a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado through Chestnut Street in Columbia around 8 p.m. March 20 when he struck a 13-year-old boy riding a motorized scooter and continued driving, according to charging documents filed by police.  When police arrived, they found the boy with a broken leg and a cut to his forehead.   GUEST COMMENTARY [Name withheld by request out of fear of retaliation] For two decades, Leo Lutz has occupied the mayor's office in Columbia, and his supporters are quick to credit him with every positive development in our borough, but leadership is a two-way street. If Mayor Lutz is going to accept praise for Columbia's successes, many of which, frankly, he had little direct involvement in, then he must also be held accountable for our failures.
