Values declined more than slightly since the last assessment in Cola. Any homeowner that files an appeal at the county courthouse would probably see a 30% decrease in their taxes if they haven't been assessed since the last asessment
Is that even possible?
Well I live by an ongoing junk yard, talk about GHETTO!
The codes have addressed it the police have also done their duties.
All I can say is the slick get slicker!!
Now wonder why your pictures are taken?
Control your activities and your children.
There is some more advice.
Thinking outside the box, slum lord properties drag us down, but so do PARENTS THAT CAN'T CONTROL THEIR CHILDREN, OR JUST DON'T CARE.
Many renters are better residents than Property Owners.
Teach your children RESPECT!
Some adluts need the learn respect to
Show the children respect maybe you will get respect in return
Maybe the children are a product of a failing school district.
I love my fan club.
Respect gets respect.
Mind your own business
Take your kids out of the failing district then. Save us tax dollars...thanks.
