Hey Cole, stopped at borough office yesterday around 9:30 to pay ticket. Saw three members of our esteemed council in a meeting. Did we miss a meeting? Was it advertised? Why wasn't all of ccouncil? Was it legal?

That's interesting. I wonder if any sunshine laws were violated.
Four members are needed for a quorum. No sunshine law violation.
