The dog & the skateboard both illegal in Locust Street Park
No dogs or skateboards allowed in Locust Street Park.
my bet is the dog does not have a license, so maybe another violation. where is Columbia Finest???
Good point, a license is not visible in this photo.
people need to form some type of group to parole the park and keep the riff raff out...since the police don't.
