"The eight-year millage increases in other local districts ranged from a high of 50.2 percent in small, cash-strapped Columbia Borough to 18.6 percent in Ephrata."
This would be like a meeting of the directors or board of a private co where the financial report comes out & couldn't be any more dire. Do you think the leaders of the private co would still have their jobs with this kind of news. Dont you think the stockholders would push for a change of leadership. Voters are the stockholders. Speaking of one of the leaders Dave Hickernell sends out literature congradulating himself on pushing a bill through for recognizing a who cares day, while we have these kinds of issues pending.Think he has his priorities straight.
