i saw that going over 9th street of all places...is that legal to drive onthe streets????
I'm guessing so. It was sporting a PA license plate.
Good ole Bob Hetter and his emergency vehicle surplus. This is why hus property at 11th. And chestnut looks like a junkyard half the time. And his neighbors are none too happy about it.
