Who or what killed the fish? Seen at Columbia River Park on Sunday morning, July 21, 2013. I also saw a large dead catfish with its tail chopped off and a dead carp in the same vicinity.

my first guess would be "the sick Susquehanna River" that the officials of DCNR will NOT designate as sick. it happens ALL the time. keep an eye out for it. what's the word on the sick river? AND the Boro is STILL spending what 2 $$$$ MILLION on a building at River Park??????? unacceptable.
