This town is becoming more and more over run by animals, and not the furry, four legged kind, but rather, the upright two legged variety. I know you can say “How do you know it was someone from Columbia?” and I will say I don’t but I can say the odds are it probably was. I base this on the scum that walks our streets at all hours of the day and night. Don’t believe me, I would suggest sitting outside the Turkey Hill on Chestnut Street at about 1:00 AM for about a half an hour and watch the low life, uneducated, unemployed, welfare entitled, vermin that are in and out of this place or take a ride on S. 4th Street, or Perry Street, Union Street, etc, and you tell me. The problem is, this culture is being forced down the throat of every decent person. Dare to complain and you are chastised as not being caring or understanding, not being in touch with the real world. Yeah, right.

Once again, we are back to the camera's- do they work? Was this malicious act caught on video? Who monitors the video camera footage?

Can someone PLEASE give a clear answer on the video camera operations?

Interesting observations. The problem is not so much that these people are uneducated and unemployed, it's that they choose to stay that way. Even in our current economy, there are still opportunities available for those with motivation.
