A trio of unicyclists rolled to the bottom of Locust Street on Tuesday.

More excavation - This time it was to run a gas line to the Pregnancy Center at Fifth & Chestnut.

Several benches at Locust Street Park have been refurbished.

Several departments responded to a fire call at 1100 Ridge Avenue on Thursday afternoon. Firefighters quickly brought a fire under control at an abandoned factory on the property. The factory has reportedly been out of operation for several years.

Public records show that the property is currently owned by RBLD Properties LLC, 2560 Ironville Pike, Columbia, which bought it for $1,000,000 from the Columbia Reduction Company in November 2019.
