On 1/16/20 at approximately 12:03pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified that a laptop had been stolen from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Chestnut Street. The victim described the laptop as having a black case and a 15" monitor. It was stolen from inside his unlocked vehicle and is valued at $1,500.
