Why don't Columbia borough have a web site that can be used, they spend money on other things and give it away is this just another way to keep us in the dark?
WEB SITE it shore has the 2 money pit things at the top . TRASH REMOVABLE SHOULD BE INCLUED IN OUR HIGH TAXES like little Wrightsville , how about it council , Mr Murphy , you said the taxes weren't raised in ten years and we spend like you are that means we are way over taxed , trash should be included , we wouldn't need spring clean up , it would go out all year long.
