One more price drop and that thing will be sold ! Someone will snag it and fix it up. It would be perfect for a little gift and candy shop to capitalize on all of the events going on up and down the street.

Sounds like a good idea. If someone buys the old chip factory does like wise, it would really boost that end of Locust St. Also, try to get some of the visitors off the trail to shop there. If this happens, it has to be marketed correctly, notjust the local media.

You would have to be nuts to invest in property in Columbia! Corrupt police department, council and sorry school system. It would have to be a hobby because you won't make a living. They just placed to health care systems in for dental and children's health. They don't put these in wealthy towns people.

Lots of crime reported and unreported and NO protection from it.

Yeah, it's a hopeless situation. Things will never get better - only worse. There is nothing and no one that can help. The town is totally doomed. We should all pack our bags and leave. HA ! - NOT !!

You're either part of the problem, or part of the solution. There is no in between. Real estate is at an all time low and bound to head back up. As soon as we get our act together and merge with Donegal the whole county will come flocking here for the bargains! Things are likely to turn around soon, Right ??

No guarantee Columbia Real Estate will Rise!
So rethink your statement a tad.
