No nude dancing at Club Good Times - Topless only

A Lancaster County judge's ruling that would have allowed nude dancers to start shimmying at a club in Columbia was shot down Thursday by a panel of Commonwealth Court.

The state court's decision means that, for now at least, the dancers at Club Good Times on Union Street will have to settle for going topless.

Right ruling should not be allowed to go topless either

If Glatfelter's is somehow a school, then Club Good Times should reclassify themselves as an art studio - complete with nude models for art's sake.

Goose, gander, and all that. Plus, you know, this town is all about the arts now.

Move it out of town and be done with it! The litter is ridiculous, and parking a nightmare for residents. If this were Lancaster it would not be allowed being to close to a school or church... why not have that rule here too? Move it on the outskirts and have a big parking lot they can litter up rather than the street

Make CODES step in!
If my sidewalk ever looked like b that or was neglected, Mail would be here.
Stop focusing on HOMEOWNERS!

I believe when field was constructed in the 1930's, it was built with the school district in mind .It was a public works project during the depression from what I was told. That is where the school could come into play and the guide lines established by the Glatfelter's foundation.

If you are moving this out then get Venues out too.

I like the idea of it being an art studio. Perfect solution.

I've seen more litter in Makle Park than at Club Good Times. Everyone talks about it, but nothing has been done. Same with the 100 block of South Fourth Street, litter there is horrible and not one thing is ever done.

A money making idea for the market house. No start up money needed, parking, and a trolley to shuttle customers.

I heard a rumor that Venues is doing the same thing in the basement and they weren't grandfathered in.

Why is venues still in town I thought they were going to close them down we know they do things in there that are against the law we don't need them in Columbia time to be gone the sooner the better

Give the patrons a piece of paper and a charcoal stick! Art!

Then get rid of the WELFARE FRAUDS IN THE TOWN.
Starting in the Historic District and work up!

Columbia is the Welfare Capital of Lancaster County

It has its share of FRAUDS.
Try reporting it,, you'll get no where.

Because LANDLORDS PERMIT THIS AND CODES DON'T HELP.
DRUG TESTS!!!

This is true, years ago I reported what appeared to be serious fraud with regard to disability. They were rude and flatly refused to consider my assertion. They do not care and true you get nowhere.

And don't forget, all people on probation need to pass a MONTHLY DRUG TEST! Not given a heads up.
As I watch one right now, just released and shacking up at the SPOT.
Hellur
