Will this ever stop?
What in the world is going on there???
When will the borough leaders learn they had a good market before the trust. Understand, that a trust that is run in the right way can benefit the market, but you have to take everything in mind, not your personal egos or agendas.
She was definitely tenacious and had focus on marketing this entity. Mrs. Troxell, thank you for the time you served and dedication to Columbia.
This is a normal occurrence when someone does something good for Columbia, the evils of the town come hunting.
There are other organizations that can use your help
Guess they will loose the stand holders, again!
council waited too long to do something and now it might be a lost cause.
Beth got the place on track by adding Sunday hours and music. Hopefully this will continue. Clearly it helped.
Would the Columbia Market House Trust like to elaborate on why Mrs. Troxell resigned from her Manager position?
And from a previous post on using the interest from the LASA proceeds be spent on a "campaign" instead of a true trademark for Columbia. How about "Destination Columbia!", "Historic Columbia", "Gateway Columbia", "Tradition alive, Columbia", etc. This town needs to get a grasp of business, not segregation nor separation.
Build this town with hope, and not with discouragement. We have so much to build on for our future to succeed in economic development.
Successful cities & towns weren't built on hope. They're built on successful planning & good business sense. Does this sound like Cola
