It's close to a Historical Old Carriage Path,,, One that council chooses to ignore. Hint two,,,, same BORO OWNED ALLEY, council made public promises about but never followed thru. Hint three,,, we pay taxes for it and it's used as if it's privately owned.... Yes the cotton field is 100 feet from the Famous Historic Avenue J, between south second streets 100 block and Bank AVENUE.... NOW CAN THEY ADMIT, , THEIR IGNORANCE? OH YEAH, AND PARK OF UNDERGROUND RAILROADS HISTORY. Ahhhhh 400 signatures in favor,,,, Now how many signatures against???? 3 years and counting.... In the GHETTO
Mr. Gainer does lots of positive things, take a look at his gorgeous garden/yard. Very few in Columbia can boast that creativity. His house is also attractive and very well kept.
