Regardless the character of all involved this shooting wasn't justified. If the shooter was able to get in her vehicle to retrieve the gun she just as easily could've got in her car and left the area and called the police if she felt threatened.
in the video at 51 seconds mccowin says to the cop its ok i know her! mccowin said many times that she did not know roland or manfred before this incedent. did mccowin really call the police or did she call roland ....
it is so clearly obvious that the mainstream media has made fabrications that go right along with the lies being reported by so called witnesses . this is a real shame that a news agency can report in this way with no facts... lets start with shapiro... how about an apology for her pathetic reporting..LNP...a totaly one sided story that unto it self fuels racial fires. hope bret sleeps well knowing he alone is stirring up the problems he made up to make himself look like a real journalist....unless he throws out a huge apology quickly it is safe to say his career is in the crapper... well always was but now a little deeper in the bowl...pathetic little man must have graduated at the bottom of his class....... sorry for being hatefull but imagine how curry must feel ! hope she sues the sh#t out of them all ...
i dont know this to be true yet but i was told that the one lady was on probation for a prior theft charge ? if so would that not be a violation of probation if one was involved in any kind of fight or altercation....? not sure and dont know if true for sure...
there is a lot going on in the videos that people have not picked up on yet. look harder from the beginning you will see these people are scrambling to remove items from the "victim". also it is clear that the driver door is blocked by roland and manfred. after curry holsters her weapon she waits for a clear entrance to her car then gets in and waits for police. yes i said holster her weapon ! why would she run to her car to get the gun if she had it on her person. all have said that she got it from her car. however at no time did curry go into her car as they all said she did. mccowin claimed she was in the mix and curry fired at least three shots and was waiving the gun at everyone. you can see that she does not come into view till after the fact and only one shot was fired by curry. after curry gets in her truck manfred is trying to pull the handles on the doors and rear hatch in an effort to gain entry to currys truck. stand your ground that is reason enough to defend yourself. curry and mccowin had a quick spat. miss curry also made a clear dicision to shoot for her leg to stop the advance and did not shoot to kill. she waited for police and did not try to run. self defense all day long. i feel bad for miss roland but in currys defense i think she had no choice and the stand your ground laws back this all the way. miss curry is being railroaded. . . any intelligent person should be able to see that this is all a crock of sh@t and should get behind curry and make their voices heard. this DA needs to drop all charges and move on. the da claimed in the hearing that curry had a revoked gun permit and had outstanding felony drug charges in georgia.none of that being true. grabin at straws. cant wait to hear the diareaha that will be spewed from the rest of their witnesses.
if curry and mccowin had a quick spat why did the other two ladys get involved ? was the spat over before they got involved ? seems there would be no reason for them to aid mccowin. maybe just lookin for trouble ? just a speculation....
mccowin was yelling about calling the police after arguing with curry. i have to wonder if she did ? maybe they would have got there quicker if she did ?
Correction the D.A. testified/claimed in a pathetic attempt to hinder Curry's bail reduction Felony drug convictions not charges... Bit of a difference and yes obviously grabbing at straws.........
The key word bieng IF which as you can see she had a holster where she placed her weapon after it was fired. Highly unlikely Shooter never went to her vehicle to retrieve said weapon it is very evident it was on her person already. Also good point, why didn't Mccowin, Roland, or Manfred call police if they felt threatened? I bet if the shooter wasn't fighting for her life perhaps she may have had the chance. Look at the size of her compared to the other 2. By the way Mccowin, Manfred/Jenkins and Roland/Jenkins all were found guilty of giving false statements to authorities. Just check for yourself on the unified judicial system. It's fair to say they are not going to start telling the truth now now would they? Justified yes by far. Consider the facts well what is known of them not some opinion of let's just say not truth tellers
Considering the fact that "they" are both and I'm not talking about the shooter are both convicted felons and Mccowin was committed to a mental health facility your speculation seems factual and very possible. hmmmmmm. Have you watched the videos posted on columbiapaonline facebook? They could answer some of your above mentioned questions
Yes according to court records she is on probation. Why she wasn't arrested well your guess is as good as mine. Perhaps the police or District Attorney's Office who is allegedly so tough on crime could answer that?
