Love it when they say HIRED!! How much is this going to cost the tax payers?? This tells me that the people in charge do NOT know what the HELL they are doing!!!! And to have up-scale housing is just Slapping the towns people in the face!! I bet if someone starts to build these houses, they will get HUGE TAX BREAKS!! People that live here for years will have to leave the town because the rich and powerful will take over everything!! It already stated!!
