Makes no sense, but gives new meaning to "freezing your ass off."

i still think the police SHOULD give everyone wearing their pants down a citation...an instant fine of say $50...etc....it's nasty. and it's time for ALL of us to take back our towns, our Boros....hell, half the people you see on the street are wearing their pajamas...what the heck is wrong with all these people? No pride. No respect. NO moral code. and absolutely no guilt.
I hope the pajama people don't crawl into bed with those dirty things on that they just wore all over town. It really shows a sense of low self worth to go out in public not caring about personal appearance. And the low pant people ... Can't imagine sitting on public benches in just underwear! Yuk.
with all there is to worry about in this world, and all that people have worried about for the last 200 years, and all that we have fought about, and all that we have fought for, and all that All that you touch, and all that you see, and all that you taste, an all you feel, and all that you love, and all that you hate, and all you distrust, and all you save, all that you give, all that you deal, all that you buy, beg, borrow or steal, and all you create, all you destroy, all that you do, all that you say and all that you eat, and everyone you meet, and all that you slight, and everyone you fight and all that is now, and all that is gone, and all that's to come,
does it really matter what material people cover their ass with ?
Try getting a job dressed like that. I watched people trying to walk with their pants remarkably low. They can barely maintain a normal gait pattern. I say there is absolutely everything WRONG with leaving pants slide down to expose what is meant to be covered in public.
it's disgusting. it's NOT normal. it's a sin. it's ridiculous. cover it up we do not want to see your as.........but what you do in YOUR own place is your business.....we should NOT be forced to look at indecent exposure.
Why do some people feel the need to do this? Is it a way of saying, "Take that, society"? Besides being annoyed, society doesn't care that much, if that's how you choose to put your ass on the line. It just looks slovenly. It's also an inconvenient, non-functional way of wearing your pants. I've seen guys having to waddle because their pants are so low. I've also seen them tugging their pants up every few seconds. So why not wear them at the proper height?
For being a non-issue, this story has generated quite a few comments, many more than other larger stories. When my jeans get loose and slide down even an inch, it terribly annoying. How can people that dress like that do anything productive?
so "underwear" covering you but are a bad thang, but a t-shirt made out of the same material with notin under the shirt but yer bear skin is ok, so what's the dif 'tween showin your big mussles or yer big buns ?
I think that the young man is making a statement - he is basically giving you the finger in a nice way, because he knows that you probably disagree with him on fifty other issues in his life, such as things like his views on required education and marijuana.
Funny thing is, this guy might be the next Bill Gates, so you really should thank the man for being polite about his feelings towards you and expressing his discontent in somewhat of a civil manner, and respect the fact that he really does have the legal right to cover his ass with any material that he wants to.
It's a bit sad that the photographer even posted his picture and made a big deal out of such a little issue. Hopefully the photographer is doing things other then taking pictures of peoples asses.
And if the ass is so interesting, why not run around town and take pictures of boobs and start a debate as to what percentage of a boob should be exposed ?
Exposing breast cleavage should also be done with a degree of moderation. Stereotype or not, the low pant people better hope they are as smart as Bill Gates cause if they interviewed with me looking like that, they would not stand a chance. "Dress for success." Apparently some people like to look as if they are preparing to sit on the commode and deficate. Civilized society will not take these clowns seriously.
I'm not impugning his character, just his mode of dress. If he's politely giving the finger, who is he giving it to? Everyone? Does he even know who his enemies are? Does he think pulling his pants down is going to accomplish anything but to show how powerless he is? That's a sad statement, if that's all he has left.
well he can politely give me the finger instead. rather look at one finger than that nasty as......ITS DISGUSTING....why should it be allowed...next you might have another whole set of issues with some other bs that we SHOULD NOT have to put up with. FINE THEM. OVER AND OVER TILL THEY GET THE MESSAGE THAT WE WILL NOT STAND FOR IT. you wanna wear underwear outside....go somewhere else. far far far away.
or have an " exposed underwear day " - and let them where pants half way down one day a week ( so long as the underwear material is thick and clean ) - maybe just on Saturdays , and hire the meter people to monitor the policy the other days
good point - maybe the problem is something to do with the kids upbringings - or maybe the rappers had something to do with creating the dumb rad - it will probably go out like mini skirts did and come back thirty years later
it's nasty disgusting and shows what a lack of respect the wearer of these pants have. send em to school to learn how to be a human being with a moral code. and respect for all veterans who fought for our country. part of the offense should be 1. a fine 2. required community service hours 3. repeat offenders.....a fine, community service hours AND to stand on the corner of 3rd & Locust with a big ol sign stating their offense (like concerned parents do on fb)
can not understand why 10,000 plus people allow this sort of thing...in their town...throw em out. we are NOT going to tolerate it...we are thousands ...they are hundreds! arrest them. fine them. get em out of here.

You're talking about a bunch of the people holding elected positions here, right?

I agree. I'm glad you used "better then" and not "better than."
Yuk is right.
That applies also.
Fashion is at an all-time low.

my point is - that there really is absolutely nothing wrong with exposed underwear !
Try getting a job dressed like that. I watched people trying to walk with their pants remarkably low. They can barely maintain a normal gait pattern. I say there is absolutely everything WRONG with leaving pants slide down to expose what is meant to be covered in public.
if it's covered with nice color coordinated underwear - then it's not exposed is it ?
it's disgusting. it's NOT normal. it's a sin. it's ridiculous. cover it up we do not want to see your as.........but what you do in YOUR own place is your business.....we should NOT be forced to look at indecent exposure.
YES IT IS WRONG...AND ITS ALSO TIME TO TAKE BACK OUR TOWN!
There's a reason it's called underwear: You wear it under. Otherwise, it would be outerwear.
So no one may express an opinion on anything less than monumental, simply because big issues exist?

Why pick on asses ?
" how can people that dress like this " ............ what makes you think that the guy is not productive ? He might be a straight A student.

Bill Gates was not interviewed by people like you. He dropped out of Harvard and hired people like you.

He also had a somewhat privileged upbringing. He also stole Steve Jobs's concept.

amen ! - go to the next Council meeting and make a Citizens motion moral reform - and I'll second I !
or, take their pants away and make them finish their walk in just bare underwear - do that once or twice and I bet they start wearing the pants !
Yes, all the way or not at all.
Not a bad idea.
I agree. There must be some sort of community standards - with enforcement, if necessary.
Interesting idea
People are already wearing pajamas around town, in addition to the underwear phenomenon. Are they too lazy to dress properly?
Let's hope this fad dies out soon.
Good points
Right. Wearing one's pants that low interferes with walking and makes no sense.

the guy is a "jeanass"
