Mark Anthony Minnick
On 8/4/18 at approximately 10:01am the Columbia Borough Police Department received an email from a resident from the 300 Block of Union Street which included a video of a male, later identified as Mark Anthony Minnick, who attempted to take out the light bulb by his door around 9:42pm on 7/14/18. The Officer contacted the resident on 8/6/18 and informed him that Minnick had been arrested for a similar incident and that charges would be filed against Minnick for loitering and prowling for this incident as well.
