True - investors should be grabbing every property for sale on Locust Street - obviously things are only going to go up from here on out
MORE BARS ,we are going to kneed more police on at nite and a DOG mayor wake up . WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NEW APPARTMENTS ON LOCUST ST ???????
Ipa alcohol cost more then a beer at the dugout.. i dont expect these places to have many problems, they are focusing on a better croud of people. Its not gonna be a section 8 bar
R Citizen: A beer at the dugout? How old are you? The Dugout has been closed for years, so yes I guess a beer there was cheaper!
I kinda like the idea of a bar called "Section 8," it has a nice ring to it. Suggested beer names: Slumlord Lager, Code Malt, Lead Paint Peel.
Section 8 bar , Government paid drinks, and food , great idea.
