My question is, why isn't he in jail? Armed robbery is a serious offense. He should have been sentenced to at least 10 years. That's the problem with our society. These thugs are not imprisoned for their crimes. He could very well be facing murder charges had his victim of the past week died. It really gripes me when a dog that bites a person is put to sleep for doing what nature has conditioned him to do when his space is violated, but a human being that has the intelligence to reason before committing a brutal crime and yet chooses to do so, gets his fingers slapped and is set free to do it again and again. We need to put the thugs to sleep and give the dog a biscuit, pat him on the head, and set him free.
