Might as well face the fact that they'll get this increase. Borough and others fought last increase at PUC hearing and won case allowing the water company a lower increase. How did they respond to this? Water company added an $8 "surcharge" to our bill. They got their wish anyway.
Just what residents of Cola need in addition to tax increase. Donald needs a bigger house in West Hempfield.
Cost is high enough!
