Find these PUNKS and strip them down and SPRAY PAINT their whole body and tie them to a Light Standard on Locust St for the weekend so that all the people can see who these PUNKS are and so that their PARENTS are EMBARRASSED and maybe they will raise these PUNKS a little better. Make the parents and the Punks work as a team cleaning up the boro streets.
Whoever did it,should pay. Too many times we hear the bad ones had a hard life, were high on drugs, drunk,or bored. If they are bored, send them to jail for a month and see what boredom is like. Before that, advertise the time they are scrubbing their "art work" off the walls, so all may see who they. It is time to prosecute and not slap their fingers.
Boro mgmt and council have/are spending MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.....you'd think cameras that do what they are supposed to do would be one of the most important items to fix. Go to the next Boro Council mtg, you don't have to say anything. Just listen. they don't put this exorbitant spending on the agenda inhopes that no one attends the mtgs. just like the $1.6 MILLIONS for Mc Ginniss.
