River ice was melting today due to above-freezing temperatures. The video above shows free-flowing water near the Veterans Memorial Bridge where people were walking on the ice just yesterday (shown HERE).

Why do they always wait until it's sunny and warm to go out on the ice??!!!! Yesterday was beautiful and warm and sure enough they decided that it was a good day to walk on the ice covered river. Clearly, they were on thin ice.
