LCSWMA photo-op set up by the mayor.
I doubt that.
Mysteriously, they were the first two, both Southbound and later Northbound. So, maybe?
Considering how many of them go through everyday its not that surprising that one of them would be first. Coin flip on them or Turkey Hill really.
