MAYBE THIS SHOULD BE ON THE BALLOT....ASK THE QUESTION AND TELL NO LIES....APPROXIMATE COST WITH BOTH = CLOSE/SAME BALL PARK.

I agree. This is something that SHOULD be on the ballet......and they knew about it for a long time too.....as usual...no one cares.
yep AND once you get rid of the sewer plant....you can NOT get it back. KEEP IT. Its ours and we own it.
