just what columbia needs ! maybe it will keep the FN drunks off the road ! or will it make it easier to get wasted at home before they drive to the bar anyway !!! for those of you who are responsible cool... but there is a lot of drunk ass drivin goin on in this town...just watched my neighbor fall out of his van this eve and yes he was driving it... 2 hours ago still laying there.... 30 pack layin beside him if your thirsty.
