Firefighters respond to the 23rd fire call this month

Firefighters responded to an Auto Alarm call at the Turkey Hill Experience at North 3rd and Linden this afternoon at about 1:30. Occupants were evacuated to the parking area on the south side of the building and waited as personnel investigated inside. According to Fire Chief Scott Ryno, the alarm was triggered by a child pulling the handle on a fire pull station. Ryno said this is the 23rd fire call so far this month for the department.
